A utilities service provider is seeking a Sales Agent to manage inbound calls from customers. This remote position requires minimum 1 year of sales experience and the ability to meet KPIs. Benefits include a salary of £26,800 plus bonuses, 33 days of holiday, and ongoing training opportunities. Location: Remote
Hours: 40 hours per week, between the hours of 8.15am and 5.45pm Monday to Saturday
Salary: £26,800 plus monthly bonus

Role: Sales Agent
Manage inbound calls from potential customers enquiring about services and looking to join us.
Manage inbound calls from existing customers who are considering cancelling a service or their account, or who want to add a service.
Meet call handling KPIS such as a minimum of 5 calls per hour and 90% adherence.
Hit sales targets such as new customer or retention conversion percentages.
Review outstanding tasks and callbacks; attend training and upskilling sessions; participate in team huddles.
Previous sales experience (minimum 1 year in a call centre environment to be considered).
Resilient and persuasive with a "can do" attitude and motivation to improve yourself.
Able to meet targets and have excellent relationship-building skills.

Potential customers enquiring about our services and looking to join us.
Existing customers who have service(s) with us and are considering cancelling or altering their account.
Existing customers contacting to add an additional service to their account.
Progress updates through daily tasks and call backs.
Attend training and upskilling sessions; participate in team huddles.
Meet targets for call handling and sales.
£26,800 plus commission
33 days holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays (Bank holidays open 10am to 4pm).
