Our client is looking for a Sales Advisor to start to help sell homes. Working days: Monday - Friday. A luxury homes company.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage customers in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable home products and solutions.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of home products, including features, benefits, and aftercare.
  • Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets.
  • Help clients reserve plots.
  • Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining a tidy and organized sales floor.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, or after-sales concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date on product lines, promotions, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
