Overview

Job Overview. Bolton (BL4). £28k – £30k DOE. An exciting opportunity has arisen, due to expansion, to join a successful and established company in Bolton. Our client is looking for an experienced and professional Sales Administrator where duties will include:

Responsibilities
  • Processing high volumes of sales orders
  • Handling any queries from customers via phone and email
  • Updating customers records & accounts
  • Contacting previous/lapsed clients to generate new orders
  • Maintaining an acceptable level of product knowledge by keeping up to date with product developments
  • Taking orders through the website from customers
  • Showing customers around the on site showroom
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Sales Admin
  • A good working knowledge of CRM databases
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent eye for detail
