Sales Administrator – Golders Green

Salary – Up to £30,000 (Depending on Experience)

Monday - Friday 8.45am- 6.00 pm

Familiarity with Lifesycle and Canva is preferred, allowing you to seamlessly integrate into the company's processes and contribute to their ongoing success.

Responsibilities
  • Provide admin support to the sales team, including early-stage sales progression
  • Create accurate property details
  • Design and update window cards
  • Sales reports, stats, and pipeline updates
  • Carry out Anti-Money Laundering checks and keep compliance records up to date
  • Organise marketing material.
  • Update the website
  • Schedule social media posts
  • Assist with marketing campaigns
  • Upload and manage property listings
