Overview

Manchester Staff are currently working with a fast-paced digital service platform who are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join their team. This role is pivotal in supporting our sales function, ensuring smooth operations, accurate deal management, and effective use of HubSpot CRM. You will work closely with the sales team to streamline processes, review customer accounts, and provide analytical insights that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Administration: Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Sales Support: Review deals, pricing, and supporting documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Customer Review: Monitor and analyse customer accounts to identify opportunities and risks.
