Job Title: Sales & Admin Assistant

Location: Market Harborough

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm | Alternate Saturdays, 9:00am-5:00pm | Some Bank Holidays

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (DOE)

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Driving Licence: Required

About the Role

We're on the hunt for a reliable, bubbly, and super-organised Sales & Admin Assistant to be the first point of contact for our lovely customers. This is a busy, varied role where you'll need to juggle tasks, stay focused despite distractions, and always keep a smile on your face.

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming and assisting customers in our showroom
  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer queries
  • Preparing and following up on customer quotations
  • Processing purchase orders and coordinating deliveries
  • Maintaining accurate records and files
  • Keeping the showroom tidy, clean, and presentable at all times
  • Monitoring and updating price lists
  • Supporting the wider team wherever needed

Qualifications
  • Excellent computer skills and confident using office software
  • Friendly, approachable, and a real team player
  • Great attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to stay calm and organised in a very busy environment
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Reliable, punctual, and always willing to complete any task at hand
