Qualifications

  • Target-driven with previous telesales or account management experience (desirable).
  • Knowledge of office products or education supplies (advantageous).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand sales with existing customers and promote key ranges.
  • Make proactive outbound calls to convert prospects into trading accounts.
  • Attend the team meeting daily and conduct outbound calls.
  • Maintain accurate notes and records of all interactions.
  • Send weekly e-shots and review product gaps.
