Overview

Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a well established promotional merchandise company. Based from their offices in the S17 area of Sheffield, you will join a small, friendly and supportive internal sales team. Working from an established database, you will be responsible for contacting existing, lapsed and potential clients who are based throughout the UK.

Responsibilities

• Offer a consultative service to clients, advising them on product ranges, raising quotes and managing the order process.
• Be the key point of contact for your customers for all issues relating to past and present orders and customer service issues.

Qualifications

• Proven background in a proactive internal sales role.
• Print or Promotional Merchandise experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills and IT literacy (ideally experience with CRM systems).
