Description

At &Dine, we’re building a community of food lovers—connecting exceptional, independent food makers with customers who expect better catering and delivery.

We’re looking for a Sales Account Manager to build strong, long-term relationships with our diners. You’ll own a portfolio of customers across sectors and company sizes, developing a deep understanding of their catering needs, internal processes, and annual event calendars. Your goal : drive engagement, retention, and growth.

You’ll work closely with our Head of Sales , gaining hands‑on exposure, real responsibility, and autonomy from day one.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage a portfolio of diner accounts, defining clear routines and structures to maximise success
  • Use data to prioritise accounts, inform strategy, and drive growth and retention
  • Lead client meetings and act as a trusted representative of the &Dine diners team
  • Identify and implement strategic improvements that support long‑term business growth
  • Test and iterate initiatives (including A / B testing) to increase diner activation
  • Grow revenue within your portfolio through cross‑sell and upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver an exceptional diner experience
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and building efficient ways of working
  • Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
  • 2+ years’ experience in account management or partnerships
  • Proven ability to present, influence, and build credibility with clients
  • Commercially minded with creative problem‑solving skills
  • Highly organised and effective at managing day‑to‑day priorities
  • Confident using HubSpot
  • Experience growing accounts through structured partnership plans and upsell strategies
