What You'll Do
  • Generate new business via outbound telesales, face-to-face meetings, and networking
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and pitching to account management and retention
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their logistics needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Deliver and exceed sales, revenue, and gross profit targets
  • Provide accurate quotations and keep customers informed every step of the way
  • Report on activity and performance to the Branch Manager
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, telesales, or cold calling
  • Track record of achieving targets and KPIs
  • Confident communicator and natural relationship builder
  • Self-motivated and organised with a can-do attitude
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths - Grade C/4 or above
  • Full UK Driving Licence required
