The role is apatient centred role delivered from your nominated practice site. Thepostholder will need to confidently evidence key skills such as excellentverbal and written communication skills, clinical skills and empoweringpatients to manage their individual health conditions. The usual duties of asalaried GP will be expected patient care through regular appointments, homevisits and the general administration for patient care. The postholder willwork in collaboration with their local practice team, engaging the use of theassociated roles that are be attached to the practice.
The GeneralPractitioner will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals toensure the highest standard of patient care in a supportive environment andwill embrace our partnership values on: Commitment, Accountability,Respect and Excellence (CARE).
We are thelargest GP super-partnerships in the UK, with a list size of 450,000 patientsand with a multi-disciplinary workforce of 1500 staff. We are unique, always looking at ways to improve our delivery of services through the implementation of new andinnovative solutions that we can scale across the organisation. Recentinnovations have included the use of robots to facilitate the remote filing ofblood results and the development of document management team. These newinitiatives are underpinned by our governance team to ensure patient safety.
