Every other Monday the PM session would cover the extended hours 18:30-20:00. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population within a supportive and well-organised practice setting. You will be responsible for conducting consultations, managing a range of clinical presentations, and contributing to the continuity of care for our patients.

About us

Stafford Health & Wellbeing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Salaried GP to join our friendly and enthusiastic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established, forward-thinking practice that values collaboration, professional development, and high-quality patient care.

Our team is known for its longstanding commitment, positive morale, and strong camaraderie qualities that are deeply embedded in our practice ethos. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive and inclusive environment where every team member is respected and empowered.

With a growing patient list of over 13,500, driven by ongoing residential developments in the area, we operate from a modern, purpose-built surgery within Northfields Health Village. Our facilities include 11 consulting rooms, 4 treatment rooms, a dedicated phlebotomy room, and spacious administrative offices all designed to support efficient and effective care delivery.

We are a recognised training practice, actively involved in mentoring medical students and GP registrars. Newly qualified GPs are encouraged to explore fellowship opportunities alongside our experienced team.

As an active member of both our ICB and GP Federation, and a key contributor to the Stafford Town Primary Care Network, we are committed to innovation and collaborative working. Our extended workforce enables us to deliver enhanced services and maintain a patient-first approach.
