Job description

We are looking for a salaried GP, working Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, to join a welcoming team of six partners.

Main duties of the job

We aim to provide a supportive working environment, with annual reviews, mentoring available if requested, regular social activities, and a fair and evenly distributed workload within the practice team. Salaried GPs are not required to summarise any Docman Workflow letters or new patient notes. The working template can be flexible, with a mix of routine and emergency appointments. We would also expect the GP to do home visits when required and there will be a rotad on call day also.

The successful candidate will provide 6 clinical sessions per week. We can offer a degree of flexibility in start/finish times where needed to accommodate other commitments such as childcare etc.

  • Practice takes an active role in local cluster work, with both cluster pharmacist and a chronic disease nurse currently in post.
