Responsibilities

• Support seasonal staff recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Manage HR onboarding workflows and training records.
• Maintain learner communications and pre-course materials.
• Coordinate staff and learner communication channels.
• Gather feedback and impact data for charity reporting.
