A leading software support company in the UK is seeking an Accredited Sage Intacct Support Consultant to join their award-winning team. In this role, you will respond to customer support calls and provide exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have accreditation in Sage Intacct, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. This position is largely home-based and provides significant career development opportunities in a supportive environment.
As part of our award winning Sage Software support team, you will be required to respond to customer support calls via telephone and email. You will thus need an excellent phone manner and the desire to provide first class customer service.
Again, this is NOT a trainee role, so accreditation and knowledge of Sage Intacct is essential. However, the opportunity to develop your career with our company will be significant as we have a proven track record of internal promotion.
Crucial to all applicants will be enthusiasm, the ability to work as part of a team and a good work ethic.
