As part of our award winning Sage Software support team, you will be required to respond to customer support calls via telephone and email. You will thus need an excellent phone manner and the desire to provide first class customer service.
Again, this is NOT a trainee role, so accreditation and knowledge of Sage Intacct is essential. Crucial to all applicants will be enthusiasm, the ability to work as part of a team and a good work ethic.
