Qualifications

• 3+ years in a training management role within health and safety or food safety.
• Adult Teaching Qualification (AET) or equivalent, or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 'Managing Safety' training for new managers.
• Train Cook Managers and Operations Managers for improved safety performance.
• Ensure compliance with training requirements.
• Provide on-site training post-audit failure.
• Support data management and analyze training compliance.

Education

NVQ level and above in training

NEBOSH National Certificate

NVQ / SVQ Level 3, 4, 5, or 6 in Occupational Safety and Health

Health and Safety degree

NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (Parts 2, Units A, B, C, and D)

Diploma Safety Management Level 6

Food Safety Level 4 qualification

HACCP Level 4
