A community health provider in Leyland is looking for a part-time Safeguarding Coordinator to support vulnerable children and families. The role involves administrative support, managing sensitive information, and collaborating with health professionals. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and interpersonal skills, be calm under pressure, and have a full UK driving licence. The position offers a salary of £23,875 pro rata, with some benefits including remote work flexibility.

HCRG Care Group are seeking a compassionate and highly organised Safeguarding Coordinator to support both the Safeguarding and Children in Care teams, providing high quality administrative and coordination support to ensure services meet contractual standards, statutory responsibilities, and regulatory requirements.
You will deliver a comprehensive, efficient, and confidential administrative service to both teams, helping them operate effectively and professionally. This includes managing sensitive information in line with organisational data protection and information governance policies.
The role requires confident communication and collaboration with a wide range of internal health professionals and external multi‑agency partners such as local authorities, GP services, police, ICBs/CCGs, safeguarding boards, and NHS England. The successful candidate will take pride in their work, remain focused, and demonstrate resilience when faced with routine challenges.
This is a part‑time opportunity, working core hours of 9 am – 5 pm across 3 days per week, with some flexibility to work from home.
