A healthcare provider in Maidstone is seeking a dedicated administrator to support the Safeguarding Team. The role involves managing information requests, maintaining databases, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders. In this post you will be a valid team member, providing administrative support to the Kent & Medway Mental Health NHS Trust Safeguarding Team, specialising in the administration management of the work undertaken within the safeguarding agenda.
The post holder will assist in the smooth-running of the service and taking a proactive role in supporting and organising the day-to-day functioning of information requests coming via the admin email inbox and phone line.
In this role you will be expected to work independently and proactively without direct supervision using initiative to prioritise own workload exercising discretion as to the degree of urgency, importance and confidentiality required. You will be working flexibly at home, & or on site around the trust.
