We have an exciting opportunity to appoint an enthusiastic and driven SACT Bookings Team Leader to lead the SACT Bookings and Prepping Co-ordination team within the Systemic Therapies Directorate. The post holder will ensure that an efficient and effective service is provided to patients, ensuring that treatments are scheduled within target times and that patients are informed of all appointments.
We are seeking a skilled, reliable and highly organised individual with excellent communication, leadership and organisation skills. The post holder will need to have experience of Microsoft Office packages - Word, Excel and Teams; excellent word processing/typing skills; exceptional organisational abilities and the capability to work in a confidential manner are of paramount importance in this role. The ability to communicate effectively; to work well under pressure and to prioritise the demands in a busy environment are also essential.
