Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the sales function across SaaS solutions and product offerings in Birmingham. The role is responsible for the full sales cycle, including lead generation and nurturing client relationships. Candidates should have proven experience in sales management, particularly within SaaS, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for achieving results. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary with an OTE of £50,000 to £60,000 and hybrid working options.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Sales Manager or senior sales role.
  • Strong background in SaaS sales, with experience selling products alongside software solutions.
  • Confident managing the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to close.
  • Highly driven, ambitious, and commercially minded.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the full sales lifecycle across SaaS and product-based solutions.
  • Proactively generating new leads through outbound activity, networking, and referrals.
  • Building, developing, and maintaining strong client relationships at all levels.
  • Negotiating and closing deals, consistently working towards and exceeding sales targets.
