Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of litigated and pre-litigated RTA and Credit Hire claims.
• Draft pleadings, witness statements, and court documents.
• Negotiate settlements and liaise with clients, insurers, and counsel.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and procedural rules.
• Provide clear, commercial legal advice throughout all stages of proceedings.
• Deliver robust and commercially focused representation.
• Support and assist junior team members.
