• Support in managing financial backlogs.
• Liaise with the international sales teams for seamless data transfer.
• Assist with month-end processes, posting to ledgers accurately.
• Support ongoing process improvements using Sun Systems.

Overview

This is a newly created role in a close-knit finance team, reporting to the Finance Manager and working closely with international colleagues. The position has been designed to bring structure, accuracy, and efficiency to the company\'s royalties and distribution reporting. The role will initially focus on bringing statements up to date and ensuring smooth processing of royalties across both UK and international markets. You will play a vital role in liaising with the International Sales Team in France, supporting the transfer and consolidation of information between offices. Alongside this, you\'ll contribute to the month-end process, help reduce financial backlogs, and support ongoing improvements to systems and reporting workflows. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with a background in royalties, distribution, or entertainment (film or music), offering exposure to a broad range of activities and the chance to work across international finance operations.

• Assist with month-end processes, posting to ledgers accurately and on time.
• Support ongoing process improvements, including the use of Sun Systems and reporting enhancements.
