Our Site Director, Elaine at Rownhams Motorway Services on the M27 near Southampton is seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team to deliver outstanding customer service and operational excellence.

As a Leon Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, driving sales, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Roadchef Motorway Services is a franchisee of Leon, one of the fastest growing restaurants providing delicious, nutritious fast food options, making it easier for everyone to eat and live well.
