A healthcare cooperative in Birmingham is looking for a Rota Coordinator to support the rota management and prevent service disruptions. You will ensure effective staffing levels by working closely with clinicians and support staff. Responsibilities include developing rota rules, managing processes for recording leave, and establishing relationships across teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and experience in rota management, contributing to the continuous improvement of services offered.
The key aspects of the role will be to support the Rota Team Manager and the Badger clinical and non‑clinical workforce, co‑ordinating the medical and support services rota on Rota Master to ensure an effective rota is delivered.
The post holder will work closely with clinicians and support staff to maintain adequate staffing levels and prevent service disruption.
Additionally, the post holder will be involved in forward planning of services, implementing and embedding processes and control procedures to manage leave arrangements, rotas and staffing effectively.
Any other duties commensurate with the grade.

Our head offices are at Glover Street, near the city centre. Badger was recognised with an Outstanding rating following our Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection in March 2024.
