Qualifications

• Experience in pitched roofing, guttering, slating, concrete tiling, flat roofing, and commercial sheeted roofs.

Responsibilities

• Work on reactive and planned maintenance jobs.
• Work safely at height on a daily basis.
• Perform cladding and roofing maintenance.
• Conduct guttering repairs/replacement.

Skills

Prior experience in external reactive building maintenance

Good communication and customer service skills

Driving Licence
