Job description

Responsibilities

• Undertaking day to day response maintenance repairs
• Carry out minor roofing repairs to our properties
• Delivery of General Building / Roofing maintenance repairs / gutters / fascias / minor groundworks / minor brickwork
• Capable of additional types of work with your skill set
• Achieve quality in carrying out carpentry work and comply with our health and safety policies and statutory legislation

Requirements

• Time Served/NVQ qualified in a trade
• Full tool set
• Full driving licence
