Job description
Role: Full-time Nanny (Live-In or Live-Out – separate apartment provided)
Care for: A bright, curious five-month-old girl
Days/Hours: 9am–6/7pm
Location: St John’s Wood, London

You will be caring for an engaging, alert baby who thrives on stimulation, gentle structure and plenty of interaction.

She has followed a consistent routine from early on, with a two-hour midday nap and a calm evening rhythm that settles her by 7pm. Your days will involve play at home, walks, outings, museum trips and supporting her developmental milestones.

Confidence with weaning is important as this will soon become part of her daily rhythm.

The parents work from home and value a nanny with a high level of emotional intelligence – someone who can read the room, communicate clearly and maintain a warm, supportive presence within a busy household.

The family employ a housekeeper three times a week, so no cleaning or laundry is required beyond the occasional light task if you have spare time. There may be opportunities to travel with the family to destinations such as Europe, Greece, France, the Maldives and Thailand, helping to maintain familiar routines while away.

They are looking for a confident, experienced nanny who brings a calm, mature energy to the role. Good English is important, Montessori experience is a bonus, and driving is not required. The family are open to either PAYE or self‑employed arrangements, and would ideally like someone to begin in mid‑January.

This is a lovely opportunity for a nanny who enjoys structured days, meaningful connection and supporting a baby’s development within a warm, respectful household.
