Job summary

A leading medical technology company is seeking a dedicated Mako Field Service Technician in the United Kingdom. The role involves providing on-site technical support, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Mako robotic systems. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and demonstrate strong analytical skills, leadership, and the ability to work independently. This position requires significant travel (80%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with robotics or complex capital equipment preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support and customer service.
• Install, repair, maintain, and test Mako robotic systems.
