Responsibilities

• Serve as the main Field Service Engineer for customer sites.
• Perform remote support and diagnostics.
• Manage service escalations and ensure maintenance schedules.

Skills

Technical background in electrical, mechanical, or IT

Strong customer-centric skills

Creative problem-solving

Experience with Microsoft 365 and SQL databases

Knowledge of Beckhoff Twin CAT and Remote Desktop Protocols

Education

Technical Degree, HNC, or equivalent experience
