Overview

Mobile Vehicle Technician - Chesterfield

Location: This position covers the Chesterfield area, tailored to your location.
Salary: £35,000 basic, with overtime giving potential annual earnings up to £53,000.
Hours: Varying shift patterns Monday to Sunday, 40 hours. Earliest start time 6am, latest finish time 12am. Lots of overtime available, paid at time and a half.

We have exciting opportunities for Mobile Vehicle Technicians. This role is with one of the UK\'s leading vehicle breakdown companies delivering a first-class service to thousands of customers. We are recruiting across the area and will tailor the region to you based on your location.

Responsibilities
  • Attend breakdowns to diagnose issues and work on vehicles to get them back on the road where possible, or arrange for the vehicle to be serviced at the workshop.
  • Identify problems and advise the customer on the vehicle\'s issues.
  • Perform vehicle servicing and general maintenance, including electrical work and diagnostics.
  • Represent the company with exceptional customer service as the face of the business.
Qualifications
  • Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician in light vehicle maintenance (proof of certification required).
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence.
  • Strong all-round technical experience including maintenance, electrical, and diagnostics.
