We are expanding our Road Logistics Division in the UK and seek a Sales Manager to lead and motivate our Branch Sales and Customer Service teams. The role involves developing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and building a high-performing team to secure new business opportunities.

How you create impact
  • Develop and manage sales strategies to support growth and exceed targets
  • Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring retention and satisfaction
  • Coach and develop sales talent, enhancing skills in identifying opportunities and understanding freight services
  • Collaborate internally to ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Manage the branch team, including recruitment, performance reviews, and resource allocation
  • Oversee branch financials, including P+L management, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Monitor sales performance using CRM systems and optimize accordingly
What we would like you to bring
  • Experience in line management, employee engagement, and performance management
  • Background in sales within Forwarding/Logistics or similar industries
  • Knowledge of international and domestic road logistics, including customs procedures and DAP/DDP solutions
  • Proven success in B2B sales and growth driving
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with CRM software
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel
