Reporting to the Production & RMA Manager, the RMA Engineer plays a critical role in delivering a world-class post-sales repair and support service for customers using DOMO Tactical Communications (DTC) products and solutions.
Operating within a dynamic electronics and RF environment, the RMA Engineer is responsible for managing the return and repair process, performing detailed fault diagnosis, and ensuring all products are restored to the required quality and performance standards.
This is a technically focused role that requires strong diagnostic skills, hands‑on experience in electronic repair to component or sub‑assembly level, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The RMA Engineer will be expected to manage workflow effectively using business RMA systems, ensuring timely communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Working as part of a customer-focused and quality-driven team, the RMA Engineer will be instrumental in maintaining repair standards, improving turnaround times, and supporting feedback loops to drive product and process enhancements.
The ideal candidate will bring a methodical, hands‑on approach to electronic repair, with strong attention to detail and a clear understanding of the impact of post‑sales service on customer satisfaction. A background in electronics or electrical engineering, supported by practical fault‑finding experience and technical proficiency, is essential for success in this role.
