Job Description:

This role is available on a part-time, job-share, and full-time basis. It is based at home in South UK, with travel to customer sites across London and the Home Counties. The role is an essential car user (ECU) position, including a company car allowance.

We are seeking candidates with experience in Property & Business Assessments and some Account Engineering. The role offers comprehensive training and ongoing support to develop into an established Account Engineer.

Responsibilities include developing customer service strategies, conducting assessments, managing risk improvement actions, supporting business development, delivering technical insights, and engaging with partners.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in property loss prevention, Business Interruption, and Natural Hazards; willingness to learn Fixed Fire Protection.
  • Experience assessing High Rise buildings.
  • Experience managing customer accounts and stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent presentation, customer relationship, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent (desirable).
