A local government organization in Kilsby is seeking a dedicated professional to join their Families First team focused on safeguarding children and providing support to families. This role emphasizes multi-disciplinary collaboration and requires experience with Domestic Abuse legislation. The successful candidate will work closely with local services, attend MARAC panels, and provide direction to practitioners. Our approach is about locality working, multi-disciplinary and multi-agency teams that support the whole family. Building strong partnerships with local services, health, police and education. Do you want to work in a multi-agency, multi-disciplinary setting where the primary focus is for the regard of children, young people and their families within the MARAC, DVDS and MAPPA process? The Fluency Duty is outlined in the Code of Practice on the English language requirements for public sector workers. The Fluency Duty for this role is Required. You must be able to speak and provide advice in accurate spoken English to the public.
