A healthcare organization in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team, focusing on Risk Management and Resilience Planning. This role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to execute various projects enhancing organizational resilience. An exciting career development opportunity has arisen for a committed individual to join our dedicated team in providing advice and support to all staff across NHS Tayside in driving forward the Risk Management & Resilience Planning priorities for the organisation.
Working in close partnership with the Head of Risk & Resilience and colleagues in the Directorate of Public Health, Acute Services, Health and Social Care Partnerships, multi‑agency partners and Scottish Government, you will also be involved in a variety of projects to meet national, regional and local requirements.
The successful applicant should have excellent communication, influencing and analytical skills, including the ability to deliver training sessions.
A knowledge of Risk Management and Business Continuity Management or Emergency Planning is essential.
