We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our Deliveroo Rider Onboarding/Compliance Team. This is an exciting and fast-paced team that plays a key role in helping applicants become Deliveroo riders, ensuring we maintain a strong and available fleet to meet customer demand. This is the perfect opportunity to join a dynamic, growing company and develop your operational skills in a supportive environment.
Reporting to the Rider Onboarding and Compliance Team Lead(s), you will work closely with the wider Rider Operations and Compliance teams. Your responsibilities will span the entire rider lifecycle, from ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new applicants to proactively maintaining the compliance of our active riders. You will manage key stages of the onboarding process, support applicants through their journey, and help maintain accurate pipeline pacing to meet supply needs across various markets. In addition, you will be responsible for managing compliance pipelines to reduce rider downtime and ensure Deliveroo is compliant with local laws at all times. This role requires strong attention to detail, a focus on process excellence, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
