As the company continues to expand, they are looking for a proactive and skilled engineer to join the team—someone who can confidently manage the end-to-end design and delivery of wireless communication systems and bring both technical know-how and project management capability to the table.

This would suit an RF Engineer or similar, with a background in wireless communications, offering the chance to work with cutting-edge wireless technologies, travel across multiple European countries, and benefit from ongoing professional development—with all travel expenses covered.

The Role

• Design and develop RF systems for Land Mobile Radio (LMR) and gERRCS, ensuring all designs meet regulatory and GSRS SDS standards
• Generate RF coverage plots, review BOMs, and lead technical design reviews based on data from GRID Mapping surveys
• Perform quality assurance and peer reviews to ensure designs are accurate, efficient, and not over-engineered
• Support full project lifecycle—from documentation and BOM tracking to system commissioning and final device enrolment

The Person

• Experienced RF Engineer or Technical Engineer with a strong background in designing, managing, and delivering RF communication systems
• Proficient in MOTOTRBO Radio Management, SmartPTT, and other related radio communication platforms
• Commutable to Belfast
