  • Conducting thorough market benchmarking and salary reviews to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
  • Managing annual pay review cycles, performance-related pay, and bonus processes with precision.
  • Maintaining up-to-date job evaluation frameworks and ensuring alignment of role profiles.
  • Overseeing benefits administration while working closely with suppliers to optimise offerings.
  • Providing actionable insights through reward data analysis to support leadership and HR strategies.
  • Guiding managers and colleagues on compensation and benefits queries with clarity and confidence.

Suitable Candidate for the Reward Specialist vacancy:
