A leading property platform in the UK is seeking a Reward & People Analytics Partner to drive data-led decision-making across the People Team. The role requires strong analytical thinking and expertise in people data management. As a Reward & People Analytics Partner, you will work closely with stakeholders across the People Team, Finance and the wider business to provide insights, deliver projects and manage cyclical reward activities. You will also help to shape policies, reward strategy and workforce planning to help us continue to evolve our capabilities around reward and people data.
This role is an exciting opportunity to work across all aspects of the People Team, partnering closely with Business Partners, Organisational Development and Talent Acquisition to enable data‑led decision making across all aspects of the employee journey and to leverage people data as a strategic driver of the company.
