Key Responsibilities

The Reward & People Analytics Analyst provides analytical and operational support to the Reward team, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data related to global grading, pay ranges, and incentive outcomes. This role is responsible for maintaining centralised reward data, supporting annual reward cycles, and delivering insights that inform business decisions. The Analyst will play a key part in process improvement and data management, especially in an environment without a formal HRIS.

Key accountabilities include:
  • Support the operational delivery of annual reward cycles, including performance-related pay reviews, annual bonus, and incentive plan administration.
  • Provide analytical and administrative support for reward-related projects, such as global grading, pay range reviews, and benefits harmonisation.
  • Maintain and update centralised records for global grading and pay ranges, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist with the administration and data gathering for processes such as Gender Pay Gap, Ethnicity Pay Gap, bonus calculations, and employee share schemes.
  • Act as a point of contact for reward data queries from HR colleagues and employees, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Provide accurate and timely data and analysis to support the Reward and HR team in embedding reward processes and supporting performance and development frameworks.
  • Collect, validate, and analyse reward and people data for accuracy and to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports and dashboards for the Reward team and business leaders.
  • Support external market research using salary surveys and benchmarking tools.
Skills / Experience
  • Experience in reward, HR analytics, or a similar analytical role (preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage and analyse large datasets, ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Advantageous although not essential - Familiarity with job evaluation, grading frameworks, and market benchmarking tools (highly desirable).
  • Experience working without a formal HRIS and developing manual or semi-automated data solutions (advantageous).
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across global teams and time zones.
