Reward & Benefits Coordinator – you’ll provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Reward & Benefits team, ensuring delivery of reward, benefits and recognition activities. You’ll act as the first point of contact for colleagues and managers on reward and benefit queries, maintaining high standards of accuracy, confidentiality and customer service.

As our Reward & Benefits Coordinator, you’ll have access to a wide range of benefits, including:

What you'll be doing:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for reward, benefits and recognition queries, providing accurate and timely advice.
  • Undertaking administrative tasks in relation to the annual health benefits renewals.
  • Maintaining the UK and Overseas Benefits information to ensure it is clear, engaging and up-to-date.
  • Managing the annual benefits communication plan and drafting benefits communications, as appropriate.
  • Undertaking administrative tasks in relation to the job evaluation and benchmarking process, including liaising with managers to ensure relevant documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Managing the administration of our recognition schemes, including liaising with senior stakeholders where appropriate.
  • Carrying out any additional duties as and when required to ensure the smooth running of the Reward and HR service provision.
What you'll have:
  • Proven experience working in a reward team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced in successfully managing and prioritising workloads.
  • Able to work under pressure and a high degree of resilience.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Experience in role evaluation methodologies, i.e. Willis Towers Watson is desirable.
