My client is looking for a dynamic Reward & Benefits Business Partner to lead their reward strategy and elevate the employee experience across the organisation. If you’re a confident reward specialist who enjoys shaping modern, data‑driven solutions and influencing senior stakeholders, this is a role where you can make a real impact.

The Opportunity You’ll take ownership of UK and international payroll, drive continuous improvement, and lead the design and delivery of compensation and benefits programmes that support a growing, evolving business. Working closely with the People Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping reward strategy and ensuring it aligns with organisational goals.

What You’ll Lead

  • End‑to‑end payroll operations (UK & international)
  • Annual bonus and salary review cycles
  • Benefits review and rebroking
  • Total Reward Statements
  • SuccessFactors system ownership
  • Reward insights, modelling, and data analysis

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong experience in payroll and benefits management
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with complex data
  • Experience with SuccessFactors and ADP
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at senior level
