Overview

Growth Strategist role at Six & Flow. Location: UK or South Africa. Salary: Up-to £46,000 (UK) or Up-to R992,600 (South Africa). Reports to: Strategic Delivery Manager.

About the role

We’re looking for a Growth Strategist to support the planning, delivery, and optimisation of HubSpot and RevOps projects. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, project ownership, and hands-on client delivery. It’s the perfect role for someone experienced with HubSpot who is ready to take on more responsibility and grow in the role.

You’ll work closely with a Lead Strategist to shape client strategies, run discovery activities, and deliver workshops. Day-to-day, you will take the lead on delivery for your clients: coordinating the team, ensuring clarity of communication, and translating strategy into execution. As you grow, you’ll take on more ownership of strategic frameworks, workshop facilitation, and CRM solution design.

What you’ll do
  • Support the Lead Strategist in delivering discovery, workshops, and strategy development
  • Translate client goals into actionable tactics
  • Own day-to-day project leadership, ensuring successful delivery of sprints and client communication
  • Ensure clients understand what’s being done and why, maintaining KPI and goal alignment
  • Deliver HubSpot CRM training and support client enablement
  • Define sales process improvements and support workflow / automation builds
  • Input into automation processes across HubSpot Marketing, Sales, Service & Ops Hubs
  • Conduct persona development, client interviews, data gathering and insights reporting
  • Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to scope expansion conversations
  • Ensure quality control across all client work delivered by the team
  • Collaborate with third-party partners when needed
What success looks like
  • Meeting or exceeding agreed client KPIs
  • Effective delivery without over-servicing
  • Smooth and consistent collaboration with Client Success to facilitate communication with clients

  • Strong experience working with HubSpot across multiple hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service; Ops Hub a plus)
  • Solid understanding of CRM workflows, automations, data structures, and reporting
  • Ability to analyse problems, interpret data, and propose meaningful solutions
  • Experience contributing to strategy and turning ideas into clear, actionable plans
  • Strong communication skills and confidence leading client calls
  • Knowledge of inbound methods, conversational marketing, and paid media fundamentals
  • Good project management habits including coordination, clarity, prioritisation
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and eager to find optimisation opportunities
