Job Title: Revit CAD Technician
Location: Nottingham
Salary: 30000 - 40000 per annum

We are currently seeking a Revit CAD Technician to join an established building services consultancy based in Nottingham. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in MEP design and coordination to further develop their career in a dynamic and growing team.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality Revit and CAD drawings for mechanical electrical and public health (MEP) systems.
• Work closely with design engineers to develop accurate 3D models and detailed construction documentation.
• Assist in the coordination of services within complex building structures.
• Maintain drawing standards templates and documentation in line with company procedures.
• Support project teams in delivering design packages on time and to specification.

Requirements

• 23 years of experience working as a CAD or Revit Technician within an MEP environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Understanding of MEP building services design and coordination principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
