A leading travel organization in Folkestone is seeking a Revenue Manager to optimize pricing strategies and enhance profitability across their travel products. The role involves collaborating with various teams to deliver customer-driven strategies and maintaining a customer-first philosophy. Our Market Performance team is currently seeking a Revenue Manager to play a key role in driving the commercial success of our Travel products.
You’ll help shape data-driven pricing strategies, monitor sales performance, and optimise revenue and profitability across our portfolio. Working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Studio teams, you’ll ensure our products are positioned competitively and communicated clearly to customers.
This role is ideal for someone motivated by doing the right thing for our customers, someone who can balance commercial needs with fairness, integrity, and a strong understanding of what delivers real value; you’ll be hands‑on with pricing, offers, and campaign influence, building strong relationships whilst working cross-functionally to shape key decisions.
This is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful change in product development, price points, and customer value. While experience in Travel or Hospitality is beneficial, we also welcome applicants from sectors that share our fast‑paced, 24/7 operational environment and customer‑first mindset.
This role requires you to be working from our Folkestone office a minimum of 3 times a week.
