The role…

We are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Administrator to join our Revenue team and play a key role in reconciling and processing income. The ideal candidate will havebin is as the a passion for working with numbers and data, a strong eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build or strengthen their administrative experience within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inputting and reconciling daily transaction data on back-office system.
  • Processing Revenue reports on a regular basis.
  • Ensuring data accuracy is compliant with internal controls.
  • Management of the Revenue email inbox ensuring timely responses and liaising with internal teams across business.
  • Maintaining organised records and documentation for commission statements.
To be successful in the role you will need:
  • Ability to handle and interpret numerical data accurately Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel.
  • Eagerness to learn and adopt a continuous improvement mindset to improve efficiencies in processes.
  • Understanding of the role of financial controls in the Finance department.
