Freebridge Community Housing is seeking a Retrofit & Sustainability Manager to lead our environmental strategy and drive progress toward net-zero. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on innovation, understands retrofit legislation, and wants to make a real impact across our property portfolio.
You’ll lead our decarbonisation plans, secure funding, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver energy-efficient upgrades. From managing retrofit programmes and ensuring EPC/MEES compliance to using SAP tools for data-driven decisions, you’ll be central to our sustainability journey.
Working with internal teams, contractors, and residents, you’ll ensure retrofit works are future-proof, cost-effective, and customer-focused—bringing a methodical, organised approach from bid writing to project delivery.
Type and term of contract: Full time, Permanent – with hybrid working
