Qualifications

• Proven experience in planned works or retrofit projects.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of PAS2035 and SHDF retrofit standards.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and teams.
• Experience in social housing environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of SHDF retrofit works including EWI, roof insulation, windows and doors, solar PV, and air source heat pumps.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors and internal teams.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety and PAS2035 regulations.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and clients.
