We’re helping Instantly.ai hire a hands‑on Retention & Lifecycle Marketer to drive meaningful increases in user conversion and retention. You’ll own onboarding, email automation, in‑app flows, and re‑engagement strategies across a high‑volume SaaS product. This is a critical, high‑impact role reporting directly to the founding team.
You've scaled retention and monetization at similar trial‑driven SaaS products.
You’ll report directly to the founders or the Senior Marketing Manager.
Interview process includes video pre‑screen (recorded with key questions), a short test task (e.g., creating a sample email flow), and 1–2 interviews with the founders.
